Calling all car - designers

Peugeot is a French car company which many Americans are unaware of. Like their larger competitors, the most interesting designs are their concept cars, like the Quark, a fuel cell powered ATV. While this is pretty cool, it's not nearly as exciting as how they generate the ideas for some of their concept cars.

For the past 2 years, Peugeot has created full size concept cars from the winners of their "Challenge the imagination" contest, which is open to anyone not in the car design business, who is over 14 years old!

The previous themes were, After the future of 2020 - design for the year 2020 and Back to the future - where you were to take cues from classic styling. This years is - Design the Peugeot of your dreams for the near future.

The site is a bit light on the details, but it looks like they only want a 500 kbs of jpeg and 100 kbs of explanation, (what ever that means) and you can send in as many entries as you want, all via email. You can send in your designs anytime between October 15th and December 8th, so get crack'in. Next September you could be standing next to your machine in Frankfurt Germany.
